Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Posting Job Responsibilities:

  • Assesses requirements, use cases and customer needs to make recommendations on DevSecOps-related technical tools and services as part of solutions and pilots
  • Serves as a key resource in developing key DevOps applications and programs in support of broader strategy and customer needs.
  • Solves complex problems as they arise in vetting new technology and develops innovative solutions as applicable related to DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation.
  • Focuses on quality of work and continuous improvement for developing code and setting up tools and applications in the cloud.
  • Provides clear explanations and recommendations to other on complex issues including working with vendors as applicable on debugging, troubleshooting or research.
  • Adheres to deadlines and delivers on tasks assigned ensuring transparency with challenges, and proactively identifies mitigations and solutions to ensure tasks are complete on-time
  • Reviews work performance by others and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Collects input from other team members as well as internal and external stakeholders to fold into implementation or develop new ideas for delivering results.

Posting Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years DevOps-related engineering experience
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and building CI/CD pipelines such as Airflow, Docker, GitHub, Flux, Kubernetes, HELM, terraform, Amazon services (EKS, ECR, RDS, etc)
  • Experience working in multiple cloud environments, especially AWS and familiarity with cloud-native tools and services.
  • Experience working with cloud-native big data platforms such as Snowflake data warehouse as a service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CMS projects and other federal customers especially in a cloud-hosted system
  • Experience working with cloud-native programming, analytics and modeling tools such as Databricks
  • Certification in cloud, DevOps or related technology

Job Title: Informatica Developer

Duties / Responsibilities

INNOWIN seeks up to three (3) Senior Computer Programmer (Senior ETL Developer) resources to provide Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support services for the Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) and other systems.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, automate, support, and monitor performance tuning using Informatica.
  • stored procedures, triggers, and functions in SQL in PostgreSQL or other databases.
  • Architect Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions and data conversion strategies for integrating disparate systems.
  • Create data mapping and modeling for data migrations.
  • Create an end-to-end solution for ETL transformation jobs that involve writing Informatica workflows and mappings, SQL procedures, and functions.
  • Adhere to all security, change control, and MHBE Project Management Office (PMO) policies, processes, and methodologies.

Note: The candidate must be flexible to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours.

Minimum Qualifications

  • minimum of six (6) years of experience in enterprise application development.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) design, development, performance tuning, monitoring, and supporting using Informatica.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in creating complex and efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in ETL platform administration and integration for performance monitoring and analysis.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience using InformaticaPowerCenter.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Informatica Mappings, Work-flows, and processes.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of hands-on experience using InformaticaPowerCenter.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing ETL solutions and data conversion strategies of disparate systems and creating data mapping and modeling for data migrations.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in ETL design, development, performance tuning, monitoring, and supporting using Informatica.
  • Experience working with the Project Management Office (PMO) processes, policies, and procedures.
